Because we sell chocolate and edible products, returns are time-sensitive to protect quality and food safety.

Return eligibility (same-day only)

We accept returns on the same day of delivery only, provided the item is returned in the same condition it was received, unused, and in its original packaging.

Gifts and proof of purchase

For gift orders, returns are accepted only if the product is unopened and sealed, and proof of purchase is required(order confirmation, receipt, or order number). 

Defective, damaged, or wrong items

If your order is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us the same day you receive it and send a clear photo on WhatsApp so we can assess it and make it right.

How to request a return

Please include:

  • Your name

  • Order number / proof of purchase

  • A short description of the issue (and a photo if damaged/defective/wrong item)

Return method

If your return is approved, we will send a driver to collect the item free of charge (within Amman).

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will confirm approval and process the refund immediately to the same payment method used.
Please note: while we process refunds immediately after inspection, your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund.

Refund value

Approved returns receive a full refund, including delivery fees.
