Shipping policy

Delivery Area
We currently deliver within Amman only.

Same-Day Delivery (Within 2 Hours)

  • We offer same-day delivery within 2 hours, after order confirmation.

  • Orders placed before 9:00 PM are eligible for same-day delivery.

  • If delivery cannot be completed the same day (especially close to closing time), the order may be scheduled for the next available slot.

Order Confirmation (Required)

All deliveries are arranged after a confirmation call from our team to verify:

  • Address and location details

  • Recipient availability (especially for gifts)

  • Payment method (if needed)

Please ensure your phone number is correct at checkout and keep your phone available.

If We Can’t Reach You

If we cannot confirm your order by phone:

  • We will attempt to call 3 times, once every 15 minutes.

  • If there is no response after the 3 attempts, the order will be cancelled.

Delivery Fees

  • Delivery fee within Amman: 3–5 JOD (depending on area).

  • Free delivery for orders above 30 JOD.

Address Accuracy

Please provide accurate delivery information (address, building details, landmarks, phone number). Incorrect or incomplete details may delay delivery.

Recipient Not Available

If the recipient is unavailable at the scheduled delivery time, we will contact you to reschedule. Additional delivery charges may apply for repeated delivery attempts.
